Maria Fernanda Cepeda is a Colombian anthropologist. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Politics and Art from the Gallatin School of Individualized Studies at the New York University. She has research trajectory and interests on issues of domestic work, international migration of women, care, intersectionality and gender studies in Colombia, Spain and New York.
Maria Fernanda has also experience exploring artistic and civic engagement methodologies to foster creative social change alongside grassroots organizations of immigrant domestic workers, teenagers from communities of color in New York and Citizenship Culture practitioners, “Corpovisionarios por Colombia”.
